Learning has been a central component of the ARC program design, with the intention to place great emphasis on the capacity of individual organizations to reflect on the practice of implementing their interventions, drawing insights, lessons and best practices in order to build up a body of knowledge on how to best deliver results in Fragile and Conflict Affected Settings. The goal of this Annual Conference session was to unpack and reflect on the learning feedback mechanisms used under ARC and whether they have effectively enabled learning. This session features panelists Anna Gouwenberg (Senior Learning Advisor at the Dutch MFA-DSH), Olivia Douwes (Policy Officer at the Dutch MFA-DSH), Floris D'Udine (Project Manager at CARE Nederland), Lisa Wijkel (Manager Institutional Relations at ZOA), Osman Moallim (Executive Director of Somali Youth Development Network (SOYDEN)) and Roger Middleton (Advisor for the Somali Program at Conflict Dynamics International).
