UN Special Rapporteur, Fionnuala D. Ní Aoláin, and David Mwambari in discussion, giving the final closing address for Day 1 of KPAC20. Special Rapporteur, Fionnuala D. Ní Aoláin, is a University Regents Professor at the University of Minnesota; holder of the Robina Chair in Law, Public Policy, and Society; and Faculty Director of the Human Rights Center at the University of Minnesota Law School. She is concurrently a professor of law at the Queen’s University of Belfast, School of Law.

David Mwambari is a Lecturer of African Security and Leadership Studies at The African Leadership Centre in the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy, King’s College London (UK).
